Return Policy
At Visibl Apparel, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist.
Eligibility for Returns
• Time Frame: Items can be returned within 5-7 days from the purchase date.
• Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items like undergarments and swimwear are not eligible for return.
Return Process
Online Returns:
• Contact our customer service to initiate the return.
• You’ll receive a return authorization and instructions.
• Ship the item back using the provided label.
Refunds
• Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to process.
Exchanges
• To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping Costs
• Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover the return shipping cost.
• Other Returns: A return shipping fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund.
Additional Information
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.
• Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
